From my first period at 12, I had debilitating, made-me-vomit-and-faint periods. I went through the ringer trying different pills, changing my diet, getting super restricted with the food I was “allowed” to eat. I even had surgery.


At one point on my journey, I had reclaimed some quality of life with birth control. But out of nowhere, random, debilitating symptoms started to pop up. I had abnormal bleeding, depression, weight gain, mood shifts. And my doctor’s ‘solution’ was a stronger pill. The lack of testing, research, or questions made me give up hope. So I took it into my own hands and created a solution for women like me. And the Endo Thrive Method was born.

Can I watch a replay if I can't make it live?

Yes. You can schedule a session to attend at a later time from the available options. You will also receive an email with a replay link.

How long is the masterclass?

The masterclass is just over 40 minutes in length.

Can I take this class if I haven't been officially diagnosed yet?

Yes! Even if you suspect endometriosis or adenomyosis, you will learn how to understand your symptoms and what they mean, what interventions are worth pursuing and why things you've tried in the past did not work.

Do I need to be working with a doctor to benefit from this?

No you don’t. It’s generally best to have a diverse team of health professionals supporting you, but any testing I discuss in the class is available worldwide directly through me.

Is this only about diet or does it cover other stuff too?

We go in depth about the importance of gut health, hormone balance, inflammation and your nervous system. I guide you through auditing many symptoms and even offer a free at-home test you can do to get the ball rolling on understanding your body better.

What if my main issue is fatigue and not pain — is this still for me?

Yes! Endo is so complex and can present in many ways. This masterclass is for everyone with endo/adeno or suspected endo/adeno, no matter what your symptoms are.
